What is the Role of your Agency Implementation Lead?   Agency Implementation Guide

Click here to verify your Agency's Single Point of Contact and Implementation Lead for accuracy.  If changes are necessary, contact your Undersecretary to submit the updated information to LAGOV-ERP-Support@LA.GOV.

Every agency / department involved in the LaGov project has established an Agency Implementation Lead (AIL) and has an Agency Implementation Team in place. The AIL is a representative of the agency and is responsible for directing the agency implementation team through completion of LaGov implementation tasks.

Agency Implementation Team

The Agency Implementation Team should consist of individuals knowledgeable in your agency's business processes in areas such as:  Procurement, Finance, Grants, Budget  and Information Technology.  Depending upon the size and complexity of your agency, the “implementation team” may be a single individual or a team of agency staff.  Customize your Agency Implementation Team to suit your agency's needs.

Agencies will receive information related to LaGov project implementation activities.  The AIL is responsible for disseminating this information to appropriate staff within your agency / department.  This information may include the following:

• Key design decisions
• Key business process decisions
• Statute and/or administrative code changes
• Project deadlines and key activities

The AIL will be supported by the LaGov project team throughout each phase of the project.
