| Every agency / department involved in the LaGov project has established an Agency Implementation Lead (AIL) and has an Agency Implementation Team in place. The AIL is a representative of the agency and is responsible for directing the agency implementation team through completion of LaGov implementation tasks. | |

| The Agency Implementation Team should consist of individuals knowledgeable in your agency's business processes in areas such as: Procurement, Finance, Grants, Budget and Information Technology. Depending upon the size and complexity of your agency, the “implementation team” may be a single individual or a team of agency staff. Customize your Agency Implementation Team to suit your agency's needs. |

| Agencies will receive information related to LaGov project implementation activities. The AIL is responsible for disseminating this information to appropriate staff within your agency / department. This information may include the following: | |
