Future processes were defined during the Blueprint Phase. The project team members held "work sessions" where key employees from each agency met to discuss how LaGov will enhance their current processes. The goal of these working meetings was to develop agency-wide efficient, streamlined processes that support the Governor's platform of accountability and transparency. The new LaGov system is being designed from the validated decisions that came out of Blueprint. The Blueprint Phase started at the end of July 2008 and ended in January 2009.
