Project Preparation Phase

The Project Preparation time period is when the overall strategy and planning for the project takes place. The LaGov team members are brought onboard, the scope of the project is defined, and project controls are established. The new team members are trained on SAP during this phase and team members work with the agencies to understand their current processes in preparation for the Blueprint phase.
The Project Preparation phase began mid-May 2008 and wrapped up at the end of July 2008.
