COMPUTER BASED TRAINING ORDERING INFORMATION
For employees who have access to the Internet, instructions on how to access the MindLeaders courses may be obtained from your agency's CPTP Coordinator.
If you do not have access to the Internet, you will need to print the request form (see below). Send all orders to CPTP, P.O. Box 94095, Baton Rouge, LA 70804, or fax orders to CPTP at 225-219-4191. For any questions, call Rosanna Marino at (225) 219-4190.
