1. Can I use
more than one deployment method?
For those who have
Internet access, the internet deployment should be used. Your agency CPTP Coordinator has
the instructions on how to get started using the Internet. For those who do not have
internet access, CD ROMs may be requested using the CBT Order Form.
2. Will CPTP
course credit be given to employees who complete computer-based training
courses?:
Yes, CPTP credit is
awarded when a person finishes an entire course and completes all skill
assessments with an overall average score of 70% or higher.

3. Can I use
any browser to access the courses on the Internet?
MindLeaders supports
Microsoft browsers such as Internet Explorer or MSN Explorer. Netscape is
not a supported browser.
