The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has approved the following Action Plan Amendments for the Disaster Recovery Economic Development Programs.

Innovation Loan and Technical Assistance Program
The $25 million Innovation Loan and Technical Assistance program makes available grants up to $2.5 million to community-based or non-profit organizations to deliver loans and/or technical assistance to small businesses and entrepreneurs. Funding comes from fedearl CDBG dollars for recovery from hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav and Ike.
ILTAP awards were announced Dec. 6, 2010.
LMI Certification Forms
Assistance from the Disaster Recovery Community Development Block Grant program is required to meet one of three National Objectives. For the Disaster Recovery Economic Development programs the LMI benefit National Objective (24 CFR 570.483(b)(4) ) will be documented by each applicant for assistance filling out a Low Moderate Income Certification.
