Signed hard copies of applications are required to process an application, however we can accept draft applications via email at ocd@la.gov. This will allow us to begin review of your application immediately.
IMPORTANT: If you have already let a contract for your project or your project has already started construction (but is not yet complete), please call the Disaster Recovery Unit (225-219-9600) immediately for additional instructions!
Local Emergency Infrastructure PA Match Program
This application process is no longer necessary for you to receive 100% funding of FEMA Public Assistance projects. Congress and the President have waived the requirement of a non-federal match on FEMA PA grants, so you will get the entire FEMA obligated amount from GOHSEP. GOHSEP will be be in touch with you shortly about how you will receive that funding.
