The Road Home Homeowner Assistance program is the largest single housing recovery program in U.S. history and has helped more than 129,000 families affected by hurricanes Katrina and Rita get back into their homes. Now, the Road Home is moving into its final phase: covenant compliance.

The Small Rental Property Program provides funding to property owners to repair their storm-damaged, small-scale rental properties and make their units available to low- and moderate-income tenants at affordable rates.  

The Piggyback Program supports affordability for especially low-income Louisianans in properties receiving Gulf Opportunity Zone Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
